Frequently Asked Questions
Are travel agents still a thing?
Absolutely! Travel agents take all the hassle and stress of planning trips and researching locations in order to better serve you. We are here to assist you if or when things go wrong and advocate on your behalf. Yes of course you are capable of booking your own vacations but why take the risk without benefiting from the rewards?!

Does it cost extra to use a travel agent?
No you do not! Working with a travel agent is free!! Believe it or not, commissions are built in to every trip you book online. When you book your own trips through online portals, you are putting money back into the company without any of the added benefits of having a dedicated agent work for you!
Passport or No Passport?
This is a great question. Ultimately it depends on where you go. For domestic trips, passports are not necessary, although some form of US identification is still required. For international travel, a passport is definitely needed and, depending on the country, may require a visa as well. But on cruises, it is more of a "yes" and a "no." If the the ship departs from a US port, you can use a US birth certificate or your passport. However, if anything were to happen and you get stranded in a foreign country, you will need a US passport to be able to regain entry into the US.
